1 – ORGANIZER
This competition is organized by Bellerose with its head offices located at Rijshout 3, 1702 Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium.
The competition runs from the 25th of December 2019 through the 1st of January 2020 at midnight (CET) and is subject to the present Terms & Conditions. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Google, Apple or Microsoft.
2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Participation is free and open to any EU resident aged 18+ with an Internet connection and a valid Instagram account.
This competition is subject to the Belgian law relative to games and competitions. The organizer may ask any participant to prove their age and, if applicable, may disqualify any participant who is unable to prove their majority.
The organizer may also pick a second winner in case the initial winner is a minor. Participating in the competition implies the participant’s acceptance, without reservation, of the general Terms and Conditions.
3 – PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
This competition exclusively takes place on Instagram and according to the dates mentioned in its Terms & Conditions. To take part, participants need to follow on instagram : @belleroseofficial, @karhuofficial @levis_belgium, @holubar_official, @timex , @cowboy_hq.
They also need to tag 3 friends in the comments under the picture announcing the Giveaway.
4 – WINNER SELECTION
1 participant will be picked at random on the 3rd of January.
Prizes will be distributed after the 3rd of January.
The winner will be notified on Instagram on the day of the prize draw and will receive information detailing their prize and how to claim it. If the winner fails to answer within 7 days, their prize will be attributed to another participant.
5 – PRIZES
The following prizes are being offered as part of this promotion :
- 1 Bellerose online voucher (168,33€) per month in 2020, starting from January 2020 and ending December 2020, for a total value of 2020€. The vouchers will be communicated to the winner by email.
- 1 pair of Karhu Fusion sneakers, selected by the winner on http://karhu.com. The selected pair must be available in the desired size.
- 1 Holubar coat, selected by the winner on www.holubar.com. The selected item must be available in the desired size.
- 1 Timex watch, selected by the winner among the models available on www.bellerose.be
- Two pairs of Levi’s jeans selected by the winner among the models available on www.bellerose.be
- The use of a Cowboy bike from January 2020 and ending December 2020. The winner will be put in contact with a responsible from the Cowboy team to claim their prize.

The organizer may ask any winner to prove their age before awarding them their prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for another item or their monetary equivalent. The organizer shall not be held responsible for the use or absence of use the winners choose to make of their prize. In case of force majeure, the organizer may replace any prize with an equivalent prize.
